Full Pool Maintenance Plan: The Champion of Jacksonville Pool Owners

With this plan you can relax knowing that your list of responsibilities to your swimming pool is very short. Jacksonville Neighborhood Pool Service technicians make your life easy. This Full Plan was specifically constructed with the Jacksonville seasonal changes in mind. Our proficient Pool Maintenance techs will see to it that your swimming pool water is of healthy and blue with all your equipment running smooth.

What We Do

We brush your pool (steps, walls, tiles).
We analyze your pool water and apply minerals and chemicals to keep your water in optimum condition.
We vacuum your pool.
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We check your pool equipment.
We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We verify your automatic pool cleaner operation.
We net your pool.
We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

What You Do

Maintain proper water level.
Report any findings of swimming pool issues.
Keep the pool equipment active and operating and approve repairs when needed.

Additional Info

There could be additional startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.
Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.
Monthly service fee is based on a four week billing period.

We offer twice a month pool maintenance in Jacksonville from late Fall to Spring each year.


Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
